Terms of Service

Topiq audits and monitors how AI search products (such as ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Copilot, Gemini, and Perplexity) surface your store, and provides findings and recommendations to improve that visibility. By using Topiq you agree to these terms.

Audit only stores you own or are authorized to work on. Don't use Topiq to probe sites you have no relationship with, attempt to circumvent rate limits or paywalls, resell audit output as your own service, or interfere with the platform's operation. We may suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Audit results reflect the answers AI providers returned at the time we checked, from the locations we checked. AI answers vary between runs, and projections (such as estimated visits or revenue at stake) are estimates built on stated assumptions — they are directional guidance, not guarantees of outcomes.

You keep all rights to your store's content. You own the audit reports we generate for your store and may use them freely. The Topiq software, brand, and methodology remain ours.

Topiq is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the product before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
